The Jawbone has three different microphones built into the device, the aforementioned voice-activity sensor plus Aliph’s proprietary Noise Shield audio processing in order to help reduce outside noise and not only amplify your own voice but also enhance incoming audio.

The Good and The Bad

Pros

  • Fashionable and sophisticated design

Review #03:By melvinlena

Got my radio clip from KJC last friday. Tested it for 3 days in a row wif my D810. So now for my review.

I must say that it is quite a good earphone. The sound is clear, bass at the correct level and most important thing is that i am able to use my own 3.5mm jack earphone. The size and weight of the bluetooth is light and not too big to be clip on your clothing. (But i am using the lanyard bought at KJC)

The battery life also not bad i can hear abt 5++ hrs of mp3s while working and driving around. Radio wise cannot complain lah. Reception will affect the quality of the music lor. Buttons on the device is not too badly structure. But i would prefer the MFB to be abit bigger. (U know lah man usually haf big thumb) One thing lagging is a hold button where when u activated it, u cant stop or forward when u accidentally touch or press while driving .

It is still a very wonderful device i think users can get. Price wise not expensive.

BTW: Anyone got any good player on PPC phone where i can toggle the screen only to off mode when i am listening to my mp3s ? Coz currently i am using the wis advance bar to toggle the screen.

to avoid skipping…but only seem to work on some ppcphones but not all…on iPAQ 6818/6828 with new Rom updates…this patch works beautifully and we can achieve ZERO skipping when using A2DP on our MS BT Stack.

Your Q&A
1) does it contain a ringer? and can the ringtones be custom set?
Yes it does, but cannot customise. If you want use the ringtone on the PPCPhone and allow it to ring as well set the Clip Radio at Bluetooth settings–>Devices> “Set as handsfree”–>when calls comes in your PPCPhone will ring with the custom ringtone on it, you can pick up the Clip Radio to answer the call.
Hope you get what I mean.

You can visit our online store at DDSquare.com and purchase it at our knockdown price!

Not sure. Need to test. But I have bonded it simultaneously with a Nokia Symbian 60 OS phone and my 6818 PPCPhone before.
